On June 13, 2022, the Department of Financial Informatics and Statistics (Ministry of Finance) organized an intensive training course on Oracle Database 21c: New Features for officials and employees in the Finance sector in order to enhance their state management skills in the field of information technology. Participating in the training course were officials and employees of units in the Finance sector such as: General Department of Taxation, General Department of Customs, State Securities Commission, State Treasury, General Department of State Reserve and the Department of Informatics and Financial Statistics.
Currently, the Finance sector uses Oracle Database as the database management system for many large systems, so the Department of Informatics and Financial Statistics organized this training course is extremely necessary, thereby helping staff of the finance sector ready to master the technology in the process of implementing upcoming professional tasks.
Oracle Database 21c, the latest version of the world's most popular database, is released under the "cloud first" preference for cloud computing. Oracle's Cloud version was released in December 2020 and the on-premise server version was released later in August 2021.
Oracle has consistently adopted a method of storing and managing data in a converged database, rather than multiplying into single functional components. In other words, Oracle's converged database is a multi-model database, serving multi-tenant and multi-workload.
